SEMI/PERMANENT MAKE-UP

No other person and animal is allowed to be in the room during this service.

If you normally fill in your brows, please fill in brows prior to coming in.  Also come in with clean skin and no foundation.

If you already have previous permanent makeup work by other artist(s) than Joanne Hinh, please email pictures of brows to jo@joannehinh.com as soon as possible, to see if we're able to work over them.  We do not usually do corrections or work over other artist's previous work.  Failure to send us pictures 72 hours before appointment and we are unable to work on them, will be considered a cancelled appointment and deposit forfeited.

 

We will NOT be able to perform this procedure if you're:

  • Pregnant
  • Breastfeeding
    NO EXCEPTIONS!  If you fail to inform us, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you have ANY medical conditions, please consult with your physician first.  We also will need a doctor's note to clear you for the procedure.  If you don't have a physical doctor's note at the appointment, we won't be able to work on you and deposit is forfeited.

 

To avoid excessive bleeding, please avoid blood thinners:

  • Do not consume alcoholic beverages the night before
  • No caffeine the day of procedure
  • Please refrain consuming pain relievers/killers unless directed by your physician.
  • Fish oils are blood thinners, if possible avoid unless directed by your physician.
  • Avoid working out before procedure.

A $100 per person** retainer fee is required for booking appointments.  For cancellations, retainer fee is only refundable if 72 hours advance notice is given.  For rescheduling***, retainer fee is only transferable if 72 hours in advance notice is also given. For cancellations after 45 days of deposit date paid, there is a $5 fee.
Please make sure you show up on time.  15 minutes late on initial session will be considered as cancelled/no-show appointment and retainer fee is nonrefundable and transferable.

There is a $50 fee for no shows on touchup appointments when less than 72 hours cancellation/reschedule notice is given.  Due to a limited time for touchups, 10 minutes late to touchup appointments will be considered as a no show and $50 fee applies.

Touchup appointments will be subject to the availability of the technician’s schedule. Please select the best appointment time for your touchup as availability is highly limited. Technicians can not guarantee a rescheduled appointment to meet the complimentary touchup 4-6 week timeframe. If a rescheduled appointment does not meet the complimentary time frame, touch up fees will apply.

LASH EXTENSIONS

Due to the sensitivity of multi-layer lash extensions patent, no other person is allowed to be in the room during this service.

Please wash off all make up prior to service.  Non oil-base remover preferred.

Stop using any kind of lash conditioner (ie: Latisse, Revitalash, Las Food, etc) 3 days prior to service.  You can resume using it 3 days after lash extension service.

It is best to make sure you have eaten and used the restroom prior to lash extension service as the process will take 2 hours and you won’t be able to get up.

Shower before appointment is advised.  Water should not be near the eye at least 4 hours after lash extension service, to allow lash adhesive to dry.
